This went beyond the generic deep tissue. They focused intensely on my hip flexors, IT bands, glutes, and even my often-neglected shoulders and neck, which get so tight from being hunched over the handlebars. The combination of deep pressure and traditional Thai stretching was phenomenal. Every stretch felt targeted and purposeful, releasing tension I didn't even realize I was holding.
